RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At CRNSY, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or alterations
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be declined.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited releases / exclusive drops
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked FINAL SALE

EXCHANGES

Need a different size?

We offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability). If your size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we’ll provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be sent to you.

Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization.


REFUNDS

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Approved warranty issue

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment begins, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
