At CRNSY, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the information below before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During new releases, promotions, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on qualifying orders.
International Shipping
CRNSY may offer international shipping to select countries.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Additional carrier fees imposed by their country
CRNSY is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately before shipment.
- Once shipped, CRNSY cannot guarantee address changes.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
CRNSY is not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Carrier delays
- Weather disruptions
- Customs delays
If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
Email us within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of damaged items
We will review and work toward a resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
